Shipping policy

Our store's goal is to get our items to our customers as quickly as possible, guaranteeing quality and speed.

Delivery times:

Delivery takes an average of 7 to 13 working days after payment confirmation, depending on location and time of year. The product is shipped on average between 2 and 5 working days after payment confirmation in our system.

Note 1: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more working days due to delays, strikes, periods of high demand at CTT or other situations beyond our control.

Note 2: These are maximum times, this means that you may receive your order before these times and it is very likely that you will.

Full guarantee

Our store guarantees the delivery of your order and we are responsible for the full refund of the amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are insured against loss and their online tracking is free.

Note: In the case of large purchases, you may receive more than one package, as the products may come from different suppliers. Therefore, if you receive one product first and then another, do not worry, it is completely normal.

Tracking and delivery

We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

The products will be delivered by CTT and there will always be a tracking code that will allow the customer to follow the progress of the delivery. The tracking code will be sent to your email address as soon as it is available (on average, between 2 and 5 working days after payment confirmation).

Important information and necessary care:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Our store will send the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, in order to avoid problems with the delivery of your order, please be careful when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address for orders placed on our store. If the destination address is filled out incorrectly or incompletely, it is company policy that the package will be returned to the sender and no further delivery will be attempted at that address or refunded.

Absent recipient

Please make sure that there is someone at the address to receive your goods. CTT will attempt to deliver the goods. If there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the agency and in this case it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to pick it up. If the recipient of the package does not pick it up within the established time frame, normally the package will be returned to the sender and a new charge will have to be made to resend the product. 

Products subject to taxes

Our products are exempt from customs duties. However, if this happens, we will pay the full amount.
