All of our products are imported directly from the factory and made to order, allowing us to offer exclusive items at more affordable prices, without middlemen.
This model helps us serve you better — but it also means that, unfortunately, we’re unable to accept standard exchanges or returns, as we cannot restock items once shipped.

Still, we’re always here to listen and help however we can.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my item?

As our products are made to order and imported specifically for each customer, we do not offer exchanges or returns due to size, colour, or change of mind.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, we will gladly resolve it for you in the best possible way.

🧾 When can I request a refund or replacement?

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• The product has a manufacturing defect;

• You received a different product than the one ordered (wrong size, model, or design).

📸 In either case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer the best solution based on the situation.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for evaluation;

• Personalised shirts are not eligible for return or exchange due to size or change of mind;

• However, if a personalised item has a manufacturing defect, it will also be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
